Cleanliness Is Next To Godliness

But, don’t tell that to the public school facilities department where I was once employed. I was a custodian for a public school’s facilities department and those nasty boyz and girls masquerading as Managers, Supervisors, and/or co-workers were so busy committing time thief that uncleaned schools were the new normal. Yeah, the shenanigans or should I said the corruption I saw being perpetrated on a daily basis by employees working for one public school’s facilities department located in the mid-west was a scandal waiting to be exposed.  Don’t get me twisted, I’m not lumping every public school’s facilities department into one big corrupt organization, but I can tell you this that the fish rots from the head down. Meaning, not only were there some shady, lazy, dishonest and arrogant employees working within the facilities department at the three schools where I’d work but the Regional Manager he turned a blind eye to all the fraudulent activities being perpetrated in plain sight.

Seriously, who ever heard of an ‘A’ ‘B’ cleaning schedule? What does that mean? It meant only half the school’s classrooms were cleaned each night. I kid you not. Why? Because the turnover rate was astronomical. C’mon, who in their right mind would work alongside the most corrupt co-workers this side of the Mississippi? Hell, I lasted one year and it was so bad, I wrote a book about my experiences with those dishonest assholes.

Whew, enough of that shit, go read my book. It’s not well written, but you’ll get the gist of it.

Anyhoot, sowing and cultivating a $30 Federal minimum wage law has its benefits. Why? Because you and I are worthy of abundance.

Oh, and one more thing, do yourself a favor, if you have a child or children attending a public school, you might wanna know if the school is being cleaned every nite and if the employees responsible for cleaning the schools are being reprimanded for not cleaning if that’s the case. Listen, leaving your child(ren) in harm’s way ain’t no joke. Trust me, if your child(ren) are sitting on a dirty toilet because the employee being paid to clean it is out running the streets, you need to know. Because if your child(ren) is/are contaminated and become ill due to uncleanliness, well it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
