You would be too, if you were repeatedly lied to, bamboozled, punk’d, and kicked in the teeth by Republicans. Listen, every since the Presidential election of 2007, when Republicans were so smug, arrogant, and self-serving about their abilities to halt, stop, and/or annihilate the campaign of then Senator Barack Obama. Fast forward to eight years later, and President Obama not only won two elections, he’s still standing tall, while simultaneously the Republicans look like amateur hour. Republicans failed repeatedly to obstruct, minimize, and/or bully President Obama. It’s no surprise that Birthers, i.e., racists, homophobic, Islamophobic, Hispanophobic, unstable, paranoid, fearful, and those folks living in denial, had sought revenge against Republicans by falling in love with Donald Trump. Ouch, the fragile, bruised, and shattered egos of all those Republicans, i.e., Bush, Walker, Rubio, Christie, just to name a few, are all to obvious. Is it just me, or do you see that Republicans are still relying on their underhanded tactics, i.e., Gerrymandering, Citizens United, and Voter Suppression to deliver them the Presidency. Talk about the definition of insanity, you know, doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different outcome.

Truth be told, Donald Trump seduced the Birthers back in 2011, while the Good Ole Boys cheered him on. Unbeknownst to them [Good Ole Boys] Donald Trump had betrayed them. Today, thanks to the Birthers, Donald Trump could win the 2016 GOP Presidential nomination, while the Good Ole Boys are drenched with humiliation.

The moral of this story, “Sometimes the predator becomes the prey.”
